- The events of Shattered take place.
- Erik finishes the DeAmbulation Auraxideno Collider, and on the morning of August 2, The BioLynk Incident occurred due to it exploding. Thousands died including Vanessa LeBlanx, but James Derettas and Erik Baying survive, and are granted Aura Manipulation.
- Due to this incident Interface City is put under Lockdown.
- James defeats the corrupt police chief of the ICPD, returning them to their normal, good state.
- The Ululator empire collapses at the hands on James. Their leader, Travis Ululator, dies.
- The FFUB arrives in Interface City, but James drives them out.
- James goes after and eventually defeats the man responsible, Erik Baying.
- Joey and Melanie get married on September 13.
- At the same time the BioLynk Incident is occurring, Mark Thanon assassinates Johnny G at a local bar, due to a deal gone wrong.
