Travis Ululator was the leader of the Ululators for twenty years, before their demise at the hands of James Derettas. He is the secondary antagonist of Shattered.
Biography[]
Founding the Ululators[]
In the 1960s Travis's father started recruiting a few thugs to secretly create and sell drugs on the streets of Interface City, without the ICPD knowing. For years, they ruled the streets, and tortured hundreds of people. Eventually after Travis's father died, Travis stepped up, becoming the new official leader of the Ululators.
Base of Operations[]
Years later, when the Ululators increased in numbers, they took over the Waterfront Casino and claimed it as their base of operations. They even built Travis his own king's throne chair. Spoiled much?
The Ululator Serum[]
Travis began working on the Ululator Serum with the idea that if a person gets injured, the serum would heal them. The Ululators began working on this and developed it so it was a liquid that, when injected in a person, would heal them of any injuries and even make them invincible, although for a very short time.
Assassination attempt[]
During the events of Shattered, Infearno sniped Travis while he was in his suite in the Syx Hotel, murdering a victim. Travis was severely injured by this, and a few Ululators secretly escorted him back to the Casino, and hooked him up to machines pumping the Ululator Serum through his body, to try and save him.
Final Battle and Death[]
James Derettas tracked him down to the Casino and confronted Travis. Travis was also armed with a blaster, but after a long hard battle James won. James interrogated Travis which revealed to him that Infearno was the assassin, and Travis died of his wounds on the floor. With this, the Ululators would be no more.
Appearance[]
Travis is a pale Caucasian man with ginger hair and a faint orange stubble beard on his face. He has green eyes and a blue tattoo on his right arm. His shirt is a tank top with the Ululator colors, and he wears indigo jeans with purple and green Dikey sneakers.
